What if I change my mind?

If we haven't initiated a transfer of funds, you can cancel the sale of your vehicle for scrap at any point. Please make us aware if you wish to cancel as soon as possible.

What is a guaranteed offer?

We guarantee that the quote we provide is a genuine offer to purchase your vehicle for scrap, subject to appraisal on collection.

Can I keep my personal plate?

You can keep your personal plate. You will need to apply to remove your registration number from the vehicle and hold it on a retention document. You will need to send a completed form V317, along with your V5 and MOT certificate, to your nearest DVLA office. Further details can be obtained from the DVLA website. Please note that we can only buy your car once you have the full V5 document back from the DVLA.

Are there any hidden fees?

There are no hidden fees. We provide a free valuation service and free vehicle collection.

How do you arrange payment?

Upon collection of your vehicle we will transfer payment directly into your chosen bank account.

Can you guarantee an online valuation?

Unfortunately, not. Online valuations are based on the description and images that you provide. If the online appraisal does not match the physical appraisal on collection (for example: engine does not turn on and off) we will need to revise the valuation provided.

Can I Drop My Car Off To Save Money?

We don't charge for the collection of your vehicle, so the quote will not be adjusted if you don’t wish to take us up on this. If you are local to us and would like to deliver your vehicle you are more than welcome to visit us.
